1. Booking & Confirmation

• All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Elite Enchanting Himalaya.
• The services included in your booking will be those specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary, quotation, or booking confirmation.
• Any additional services requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges and availability.

2. Payment Terms

• An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid within the payment deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
• Bookings made close to the travel date may require full payment at the time of confirmation.
• Failure to make payment within the agreed period may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.

3 Tour Prices

• Tour prices are based on the rates available at the time of quotation and may change before confirmation due to changes in hotel rates, transportation costs, government fees, taxes, permits, currency exchange rates, or other operational costs.
• Once a booking is confirmed, any mandatory government taxes, fees, permits, or other charges introduced after confirmation may be payable by the traveler.
• Prices do not include services or expenses that are not specifically stated in the confirmed itinerary.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges will depend on the date of cancellation and the cancellation policies of the hotels, transport providers, guides, airlines, and other service providers involved.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Any applicable non-refundable deposits, government fees, permits, hotel charges, transportation charges, or supplier cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund.
• No refund will normally be provided for unused services, missed tours, late arrival, early departure, or voluntarily discontinued services.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the service providers and payment method.

Specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be provided at the time of confirmation.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Elite Enchanting Himalaya reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, government regulations, local events, natural circumstances, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of a similar standard wherever possible.

6. Hotels & Accommodation

• Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and confirmation.
• Hotels mentioned in an itinerary may be replaced with properties of a similar category if required.
• Check-in and check-out times are governed by individual hotel policies.
• Special requests such as room views, adjoining rooms, early check-in, late check-out, or specific room types are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Transportation

Transportation will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary.

Vehicle type and capacity will depend on the number of travelers, road conditions, destination requirements, and local regulations. Any additional transportation requested outside the confirmed itinerary may incur extra charges.

8. Travel Documents & Permits

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and other documents required for their journey.

For travel to Bhutan and other destinations, certain permits, entry requirements, or government regulations may apply. Travelers must provide accurate information and documents required for processing.

Elite Enchanting Himalaya cannot be held responsible for delays, denial of entry, or additional expenses arising from incorrect, incomplete, expired, or missing travel documents.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage loss, delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Travelers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Health & Fitness

Some Himalayan destinations involve mountainous terrain, walking, hiking, altitude changes, and challenging road conditions. Travelers should ensure that they are physically capable of participating in the activities included in their itinerary.

Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, allergies, or special assistance requirements should be communicated to us before travel.

11. Force Majeure

Elite Enchanting Himalaya shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Landslides or road closures
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or transportation disruptions
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Flight cancellations
• Border restrictions
• Acts of nature or other unforeseen events

We will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers with alternative arrangements where possible.

12. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to:

• Follow local laws and regulations.
• Respect local customs, traditions, religious sites, and communities.
• Follow instructions provided by guides, drivers, hotels, and local authorities.
• Take care of personal belongings.
• Provide accurate information during the booking process.
• Pay for any personal expenses or damages caused during the tour.

13. Personal Belongings

Travelers are responsible for their passports, money, valuables, electronic devices, luggage, and other personal belongings. Elite Enchanting Himalaya is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by our proven negligence.

14. Photography & Promotional Use

With the traveler's permission, photographs taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes by Elite Enchanting Himalaya. Travelers may request that their photographs not be used for promotional purposes.

15. Complaints

If you experience any issue during your trip, please notify our local representative, guide, hotel, or relevant service provider as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter during your journey.

Any unresolved complaint should be submitted to Elite Enchanting Himalaya in writing after completion of the tour.

16. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, hotel facilities, transportation schedules, government regulations, attractions, prices, and other travel services may change without prior notice.

17. Privacy

Personal information provided to Elite Enchanting Himalaya will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with relevant hotels, transport providers, guides, government authorities, or other service providers when necessary to arrange the booked travel services.

18. Limitation of Liability

Elite Enchanting Himalaya acts as a travel organizer and coordinator and works with hotels, transportation companies, airlines, guides, and other third-party service providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses, delays, injuries, damages, cancellations, or expenses arising from the acts, omissions, or failures of independent third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Elite Enchanting Himalaya, the traveler confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable regulations, or business practices. The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings.
